1. Service and eligibility
CUEORA provides brand-intelligence and diagnostic materials for business use. A registration or portal account does not itself create a paid subscription or guarantee service availability. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
2. Accounts and customer access
Keep your credentials confidential and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Reports are made available only to the email account selected for delivery. We may suspend access reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems or legal compliance.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, submit malicious code, scrape in a harmful manner, impersonate another person, or provide information you are not authorized to provide.
4. AI and information limitations
AI outputs and recommendations vary by provider, model, prompt, language, place and time. CUEORA does not guarantee a recommendation, ranking, citation, accuracy, reach, revenue or other commercial outcome. Materials are general business information, not legal, financial, tax or regulated professional advice.
5. Intellectual property
CUEORA’s site, brand, software, reports and original materials are owned by or licensed to CUEORA. You may use reports supplied to your account for your internal business purposes, but may not resell, reproduce or make them available to others except as permitted in a written agreement.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CUEORA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the public site or portal.
7. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory rights that apply where you live. Questions may be sent to [email protected]. We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date.
